There are 2 missing fields from the initial employee setup screens, Employee ID and Title.
If these fields were included in the initial setup then the paycircle integration would be
much smoother as it requires an employee ID and Title to configure the employee.
Currently PeopleHR assigns a generic employee ID (PWxx) and you have to go and change it to the required value after the employee is created. This means that paycircle has to correct the record after it is initially created. Paycircle also reports an error that the title has not been completed in PeopleHR.
Alternatively if the payroll company was not mandatory in the setup then you could enter
the correct information and then create the link to paycircle afterwards.
