It would be more useful for the reminders in the task list for appraisals due to be actually from the dates set on the appraisal forms for each individual. Or to be set as a reminder like birthdays so you get the alert set amount of days before the due date. We do not have one date that the whole company carries out their teams appraisals on so just to have one repeat option for the reminder means that it is not accurate, employees appraisals are spread throughout the year. This causes users to distrust the automated info that is supposed to make things easier. To get the correct information you need to create a report in the queries section or use the logbook screen. Conflicting info is not good.
