New mailmerge field Merged

Please can future salary be added to mail merge - this would enable us to send out letters to staff about what their salary will be, for example when cost of living is applied, before the effective date of the salary change. Many staff wanted to know what their new salary would be before 1st April but to use the mail merge function we had to wait until after this date to issue letters
