Single sign on (SSO) currently goes through two log in processes before we're able to reach the PeopleHR dashboard.
We are currently using Okta as our SSO provider, and the process currently is taking us to the PeopleHR log in page to enter our details and clicking next, then we're taken to the Access Group page, to enter our details again and clicking next, and then finally we land on the PeopleHR dashboard.
This seems to be defeating the object for single sign on....
Describe the Challenge | To streamline the process and use of SSO, at the moment it feels too clicky, it should be a one click resolution to be able to access the platform. |
I would agree there are many steps to log in and takes you through multiple pages
