I would like to see on my phone app who is on site. I’m sure this is available as a report on the pc. But having quicker access when on the move would be useful. This would be very useful if there is a fire evacuation.

I would have thought this would be achievable if the system picked up the 'Time In' and 'Time out' from the Timesheet and created a refreshable report when required. As long as it only took up to approx a minute to refresh it would be ready when required for any evacuation check. Report could include contact phone numbers so accessible if needed to check instantly why someone hadn't evacuated when still showing as in the building. To make it really user friendly could also have a check field to show when that person had been accounted for.
