Can we please change the way Staff Turnover is calculated to the widely accepted way of: (number of leavers over past 12 months / average headcount over past 12 months) x 100. Currently the calculation is (number of leavers over past 12 months/ current headcount + leavers) x 100. This doesn't seem to be a good way of doing it.
