The ability to trace historical changes within the "Additional Reports To" tab.
All other sections are traceable, but this is not. This is a key feature where "accidental access" to a profile could be provided to other employees as it's a simple 2 click step. All other areas provide the usual "why are you changing this" as a probe to check.
Additionally, it would be helpful to trace where an employee additional reporting line has changed as needed.
