Customise Emails when sending to Employees

It would be beneficial if you could customise emails that are sent to employees when we are asking employees to e-sign documents, policies. Also to include the Company logo. It can be quite confusing for the individual if this is not showing the Company information, as our employees are asking if this is a Spam email.
