remove autorefresh / screen update when using Smart view

had an issue within ATS that some staff had when they saved a applicant record in ATS within pipeline, they were then bounced to applicants tab on ATS, meaning they had to divert themselves back to the pipeline to open another applicant record to continue adding comments. logged a case with support - 67865850. turns out it was because they were in Smart View. think something for development to look at - the auto refresh/screen update when in this view is not necessarily user friendly.
