A managers dashboard to show who is in on leave, birthdays, employee requests etc

Currently, the dashboard only displays your leave and your team. For higher management and cover managers, it would be helpful to have an option to show full company leave or other teams, upcoming birthdays, if an employee has requested a change to their details, etc.
