Sickness to override Bank Holiday / Annual Leave

When an employee is off sick, the bank holiday should be automatically added to their holiday balance, likewise when someone is off sick and have holiday booked on the same day. Sickness overrides holiday. A previous system I worked with did this automatically however on this system we need to manually add the balance to their pattern.
