Provide the option for goals to be assessed on a sliding scale or drop box option as opposed to the current functionality which only allows for a completion.

Currently goals are only looked at on a scale of progress which is fine for sales targets (basically a "pass" or "fail") but this only suits a small proportion of the business. There is no option for either the employee or the manager to provide an assessment on how the employee has achieved against the goal.

Suggestions would be to have the option to include a "logbook" type tab where you could create your own goals assessment template or include a whole new module for goal setting.
