Automatic upload of LMS training certificates to Training Logbook on PHR

Instead of having to download certificates from the LMS and manually upload it to PHR/Training Logbooks it would be much more convenient if the certificates could be saved in PeopleHR documents folder or Training logbook once it is completed on the LMS
