It would be helpful if there was an option for all employees to see who is on annual leave in the company. Also it would be great if the planner was listed as a wallchart so all employees show up as a list and the dates in the month to see who is off. This would be more user friendly. Rather than having a month by month view and having to click on the date.

This would be very useful as we've ended up creating an outlook calendar and asking people to add their leave to this as well so that we can see the whole organisation.
