Pulse Survey Flexibility

Allow Pulse Surveys to be created and answered in the browser, not just mobile app.

Also to allow more options and flexibility when creating a pulse.

ie. Multiple choice can only currently have 4 potential answers.

ie. Currently can only choose one type of question at once.

I want to be able to create a pulse survey, which can have multiple questions all with different ways to answer.

Ie, 3 multiple choice options, but then on 3rd multiple choice, you can select this but need to add text notes to the answer.
