Performance Review Dropdown

Performance reviews have an 'in use' tick button per review so that you can hide older reviews but still be able to see in 'past review' section.

The dropdown when selecting a review to start is becoming overpopulated as we use for probationary reviews and mid-year/end of year appraisals. And the only option seems to be to tick 'in use' for the overall performance reviews tab rather than per review.
