Staff would like to be able to view their +/- hours for the day/week/month easily on their People HR planner so that they can keep track of their hours and any TOIL due. We have a number of project workers whose hours fluctuate and they are finding it hard to monitor their working time within the current timesheet system on the planner.

This would also be useful for our line managers. It is not obvious on the planner what the +/- hours are each day / week / month so we are having a use an additional excel sheet to keep a running total showing this information. Each month is not made up of the same number of work days - so you can't tell what toil has been accrued from looking at the planner. This is causing our line managers a lot of work.
