Ability to remove White company logo

On applying for a role via our ATS system , as a test, we noticed that there's a duplication of our company logo. Apparently the white logo is how the site is designed to display your company name and cannot be removed. It would be useful to be able to remove this so there isn't duplication with the branded logo that a business would upload.
