Rather than using the Hotsheet functionality, being able to export an expense claim to excel at a click of a button would be far simpler.

A query that checks which employees have a sick leave / other event without supporting documents, that were uploaded through the "attach file" option of the event. That way we can monitor who needs to upload their documents and who doesn't.
