Expenses on behalf of other user

As the CEO's Executive Assistant, it would be really helpful to be able to access or at least upload expenses on their behalf. Only admin's should have the ability or responsibility to do this.

View access to the Calendar/Planner through "Edited Access Rights"

I would like to be able to give access to the planner but only so they can view it, this will allow teams to see other teams annual leave but without the worry they will amend/delete.

Performance

be able to add/delete employees after first set up; be able to edit naming of review; able to delete incorrectly set up reviews; able to view all of previous years performance reviews in performance overview page

Bulk Action to Download Cover letters on ATS

At present, we can download the CVs of all applicants for a particular role as a bulk action within ATS. It would be really useful to also be able to download their cover letters in the same way.

Changes Report

It would be really useful to be able to run a report showing all the changes that we have made on PHR within a specified time frame.

Category Tags for Goals

It would be very useful to be able to add a category to a goal so when HR is required to run a report on all the sales goals, for example, these can be easily picked out as they are tagged as sales.

Create an option for images to be added for Performance

It would be great if you could paste images or add attachments to performance reviews so there is a record all in one place. Sometimes Managers may have graphs or charts that are relevant.

Setting entitlements for Other Events for a 12m rolling period

At the moment Other Event entitlements can be set for a calendar year, we would also like it for a 12 m rolling period for records like teleworking and working from elsewhere

Timesheets declaration

to have a section on the timesheets that says something along the lines of text and a tick box to say by ticking i declare the following to be accurate and i have received my statutory rest breaks would be very useful for compliance obligations
