Leaver Wizard - Supporting Comments.

When marking leavers, admins are forced to add supporting comments in when staff are 're-employable' but are not forced when staff are 'not re-employable'. Surely this should be the other way round. Admins are wasting a lot of time adding comments...

Create an authorization rule as an option on all logbooks so that for those that require manager's input, the managers can be triggered/can get a notification to proceed with the next steps

This is useful in the performance management process, as it creates an option for the managers and direct reports to hold quarterly/mid-year check-ins without necessarily having to close the current APM.

Training matrix- can people be filtered into departments making it easier to view

If you are an admin user the training matrix can be very hard to view when you can see the whole of the company. Can we filter the people by departments they are in so we are able to view the data easier. Thank you
