Managers to select Paid or Unpaid before saving a record of sickness or other event

Currently PHR defaults a record of sickness or other event to unpaid. Please can you add that a manager has to select PAID or UNPAID in order to save the record of absence. Thank you

Lock holiday for a small number of people

We have people set in departments, but within that there are smaller teams, so it might be useful to lock days in a few people's planner, not the whole department

Leavers - rescind their resignation

Ability to delete the resignation entered on the leaver wizard, rather than having to re-hire them after the leave date has been reached.

Customise Newsfeed page

We would like to be see the newsfeed page more corporate, adding in company logo and perhaps page colour to make more interesting/relevant

Please can you add Goals as a tab in the employee profile.. rather than going into a performance review to get to their goals.

We want our employee's goals to be at the forefront of their minds. It would be really helpful to have these right there for them, and be able to give them a simple place to go to manage their goals.

Planner - people able to view people's non working days i.e. part time workers

Teams should be able to see employees who work part time non working days so when they are booking holiday they will be able to work around part time employees where possible

Able to book 0.75 day of sick

Can book 0.75 days in other events and holiday but not on sick. 0.25 and 0.5 days available as an option to book but not 0.75 days.

Use a standard 260 working days for cost of absence calculation

Holiday Submission Confirmation

When an employee submits a holiday day for approval, it would be really useful for them to receive confirmation that this has been submitted and is pending manager approval. This could either be via email or even just a simple 'pop-up' advising.
