Outlook integration - It would be useful if Annual Leave could fully integrated with individuals calendars

At the moment you are able to intergrate the company's planner into Outlook but not for indivdual calendars. It would be very helpful if approved leave was pulled though to calendars automatically. This has been possible in many HR portals I have ...

Bank Holidays Carry over for those on Maternity and or Paternity Leave

Bank holidays have to be carried over from one year to the next for those on Maternity / paternity leave , as PHR has this status indicated in the system this would save a manual jib at the start of every annual leave year

Ability to add 2 leave types on one Day/Instance

I would like the ability to add multiple leave types on one day. For example, if someone has half a day leave then they would not be able to book a half day toil so that they can take the whole day off.

Fit note end date to be added to 'options' tab when logging sickness so that a reminder can be set up

There is currently no way to have a reminder for a fit note end date unless 'workaround' options are used. The 'fit note received' field seems unnecessary and would be of more benefit if this could be changed to 'fit note end date' for the purpose...
